2. APPROVAL

Your approval is required every step of the way to ensure the perfect outcome. We’ll prepare a mock-up and test print prior to decorating for you to review.

3. Production and Fulfillment

Once you have given us the green light to print, embroider, or heat press we’ll begin full production until completion.

PRICING

Our goal is to be as transparent with you as possible and offer you quality work at an affordable price. Each of our services consist of different components which are factored into the price.   • The price of screen printed items is determined primarily by the number of colors in your design and the quantity ordered, but there are also other factors to be considered such as

    • Inks used: Specialty inks like metallics and puff are priced higher than plastisol.

    • Garment Material: We can print on just about any material, but fleece items require more time, effort, and ink for a perfect outcome, therefore, all fleece items have an additional fee.

    • Ink Changes: When you’d like to keep the same design throughout your order but switch up the ink color. We’ll preserve the screens but have to halt production momentarily to change out the inks. For this reason all ink changes will incur additional fees.

    • Custom Color Matching: If your design needs a specific color we can create it for you in-house using the Pantone Matching System.

    • Set Up: Each color in your design will require its own screen and preparation. Our set up fees are low!

  • The price of embroidered items is determined primarily by the number of stitches required to complete your design and the quantity ordered, but there are also other factors to be considered such as

    • Digitizing: In order for your design to be interpreted by our embroidery machine your artwork must first be digitized. Digitized files tell the machine where the needle and thread must go to create your design.

    • Puff: The 3D effect is achieved by using an expandable foam material under the stitching, for this reason all puff embroidered items have an additional fee.

    • Specialty Threads: We are able to work with any thread on our embroidery machine, but keep in mind that specialty and effect threads are priced higher than regular thread.

  • The price of heat transferred items is determined primarily by the quantity ordered and the type of design with some other important considerations for

    • Screen Printed transfers: Similarly to screen printed items, this technique makes use of screens which require many materials to prepare, for this reason, all screen printed transfers have a set up fee per screen.

  • We provide a variety of additional services to make sure your order fulfills each one of your expectations. These services include

    • Printed tags

    • Folded shirts

    • Bagged shirts

    • Folded long-sleeve and fleece items

    • Bagged long-sleeve and fleece items

  • Our typical turn around time is 7-10 business days, but if you need your order much sooner than that we offer rush services.

    • 2-3 days: 50% of whole order

    • 4-5 days: 25% of whole order

  • We are able to ship anywhere in the US! This fee will be calculated at the time of shipping and included in the final invoice.
